No, we don't offer free sample edits, however, you can browse our editing samples here.
 
Do you give refunds?
We have a full refund policy if you decide not to go ahead with our service at the very beginning. However, once a project is in progress and an editor has started working on your manuscript, or the edits have been completed and sent back to you, a refund will not be an option.

Do you offer repeat client discounts?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for returning clients.

What's the turnaround time for each book editing package & service? 
Turnaround times depend on the word count of your manuscript, how well it's been written, and which service or package you've chosen. Once we know this information, we can provide a more accurate turnaround time for you. 

How many revisions do you provide?
It depends on which editorial package or service you've chosen. If you've opted for an individual book editing service, you'll only get one revision. But if you've picked the Storyteller's Package, for example, you'll get two revisions due to getting two book editing services with the package. 

Which document formats do you work with? 
Microsoft Word is how we carry out our editorial services due to the Tracked Changes tool. 

How do I make a payment? 
Once a price and turnaround time has been agreed, we will send you the details of how to make a payment.

Which payment methods do you accept? 
We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal and Stripe.
